Thames Valley Milk District

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, comprising the Boroughs of Matamata, Thames, Te Aroha, Paeroa, and Waihi, the Counties of Coromandel, Thames, Hauraki Plains, and Ohinemuri, and part of the Counties of Matamata, Piako, and Tauranga, as bounded by a line commencing at the north-east corner of Allotment 82, Koheroa Parish, in Block VI, Wharekawa S.D., being a point on the boundary of the Waikato Milk District, as hereinbefore described, and proceeding generally southerly along that boundary to the southern boundary of Section 5, Block III, Cambridge S.D.; then generally south-easterly along that boundary, the south-western boundary of Section 4, Block VIII, Cambridge S.D., and the eastern boundary of Hinuera Block, to the middle of Taotaoroa Road, in Block XII, Cambridge S.D.; then generally easterly along the middle of that road, Totmans, Okoroire, and Waiomou Roads, to the middle of the Waiomou Stream; then down the middle of that stream to the southern boundary of the Whaiti-Kuranui Block; then easterly along that boundary and the Okauia Block to the south-western boundary of Section 30, Block IV, Opoutihi S.D.; then north-westerly along a right line to Trig. Station 146, Te Weraiti, being the westernmost corner of Block IV, Opoutihi S.D.; then along another right line to Trig. Station 909, Waianuanu, being the easternmost corner of Block XVI, Wairere S.D.; then along the generally north-eastern boundaries of Okauia No. 1, Maurihoro A. (Crown land), Maurihoro B., and Waiharakeke East 5, 1A, 1C 2B 2, and 1C 1A, part Section 20, Block III, Wairere S.D., as shown on D.P. 28359, along a right line across Thompsons Track, part of Section 20, shown on D.P. 41:10, part Section 20, shown on D.P. 26605, another part of Section 20, Block III, aforesaid State forest (New Zealand Gazette, 1955, p. 1829), Lot 5, D.P. 25781, to the northernmost angle in its northern boundary; then again northerly generally along the eastern boundary of the original Aroha Block, as shown on M.L. 3062, being through State forest in Block X, Aongatete S.D., and Blocks VII and XI, Katikati S.D., to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Station 567, Te Aroha, and the western corner of Section 3, Block VII, Aroha S.D.; then north-easterly along a right line to the western corner of the said Section 3 and along its south-western boundary, Section 3, Block VIII, Aroha S.D., Section 1, Blocks XII, Katikati S.D., and Section 36, Block IV, Katikati S.D., to and along the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 34, Block VI, aforesaid, the southern boundaries of Section 26, Block IV, aforesaid, a right line across a public road to and along the southern boundary of Sections 27 and 31 of the said Block IV, the southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 23346, and its production to the middle of Tuapiro Creek; then down the middle of that creek and generally northerly, easterly, and southerly, along the mean high-water mark of the sea, following the shores of the Tauranga Harbour, the Bay of Plenty, Coromandel Peninsula, and the Firth of Thames, to the point of commencement.

Waitomo Milk District

ALL that area in the South Auckland and Taranaki Land Districts comprising the Boroughs of Te Kuiti and Otorohanga, the County of Waitomo, and part of the County of Otorohanga, bounded by a line commencing at the middle of the mouth of the Mokau River, situated in Block I, Awakino S.D., and proceeding generally northerly along the mean high-water mark of the sea to the boundary of the Waikato Milk District, as hereinbefore described; then easterly along that boundary and up the middle of the Waikato River, the Waipapa River in Block XVI, Wharepapa S.D., the Waiteti Stream, and along the western boundary of the Pouakani Block, to the south-eastern boundary of Maraeroa A 3B 2; then south-westerly along that boundary to its intersection with a right line between Trig. Station 1641, Rangitoto, situated in Block IV, Pakaumanu S.D., and the source of the Ongarue River near Trig. Station 1390, Pureora, situated in Block III, Hurakia S.D.; then south-easterly along that right line to its intersection with the northern boundary of part Maraeroa A 3A Block, then easterly and generally southerly along the northern and generally eastern boundaries of that Block and crossing the intervening State Highway No. 30, Maraeroa A 2 Block to Trig. Station 1390, Pureora, aforesaid; then generally south-westerly along a right line to the source of the Ongarue River, situated in Block VII, Hurakia S.D.; then generally westerly down the middle of that last-named river to a point in line with the western boundary of Ketemaringi No. 1 Block; then northerly to and along the last-named boundary and the generally western boundary of part Maraeroa C Block to and generally westerly along the generally southern boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua 36A 1A 2 and Rangitoto-Tuhua 36A 1B 2A 2 Blocks, to and again generally westerly along the generally southern boundaries of Section 1, Block II, Ongarue S.D., to and generally westerly along a right line crossing the Waimiha River to and generally westerly along the southern boundaries of Sections 7 and 5, Block III, Pahi S.D., to the south-westernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; then generally southerly and generally westerly along the eastern and southern boundaries of Section 3, Block III, aforesaid, to and generally westerly along the southern boundary of Section 4, Block III, aforesaid, to the south-westernmost corner of that last-mentioned section; then generally southerly and generally westerly along the eastern and southern boundaries of Blocks XIV and XIII, Mapara S.D., to a point on the southern boundary of Block XIII, aforesaid, being the south-westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 7475 (Taranaki Land Registry),

situated in Block XIII, aforesaid; then generally southerly along the eastern boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua 77B 2B 2, 77B 2B 1, part 77B 2A, and 77B 1B 1 Blocks, to a point on the northern side of Takiri Road; then generally westerly along the northern side of Takiri Road to the eastern side of a public road passing through part Section 2, Block III, Tangitu S.D.; then generally southerly along a right line being the production of the eastern side of the aforesaid public road across Takiri Road to its southern side; then generally westerly along the southern side of Takiri Road to and across Paraketu Road; then north-westerly along the south-western side of Takiri Road to and generally south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of Section 18, Block II, Tangitu S.D., to its southernmost corner; then generally westerly along the southern boundaries of Blocks II and I, Tangitu S.D., and Blocks IV and III, Aria S.D.; then generally southerly and generally westerly along the eastern and southern boundaries of Block VI, Aria S.D., to and generally northerly along the western boundary of Section 9, Block VI, aforesaid, then generally westerly along the southern boundaries of Sections 6 and 15, Block VI, aforesaid, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Waitewhena Road; then generally southerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Section 8, Block V, Aria S.D.; then to and generally westerly and generally northerly along the southern and western boundaries of the said Section 8, Block V, aforesaid, to and generally westerly along the southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 8793, and Section 2, Block V, aforesaid, to the south-western corner of the aforesaid Section 2; then generally southerly and generally westerly along the eastern and southern boundaries of Section II, Block V, aforesaid, to and generally southerly along the western boundary of Aria S.D., and its production, to the middle of the Panirau Stream; then generally south-westerly down the middle of the said Panirau Stream to its confluence with the Mokau River, situated in Block V, Mokau S.D.; then down the middle of that river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Subdivision 2 of Section 3, Block III, Mokau S.D.; then to and generally south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Subdivision 2 of Section 3, Block III, aforesaid, to and generally southerly and south-westerly along the eastern and south-eastern boundaries of part Section 3, Block III, aforesaid, to the eastern boundary of Section 8, of the said Block III; then southerly along that boundary to the south-eastern corner of the said Section 8; then generally westerly and northerly along the southern and western boundaries of Section 8, Block III, aforesaid, to and generally westerly along the generally southern boundary of part Lot 5, D.P. 3836 (Taranaki Land Registry), and that boundary produced to the middle of the Mokau River; then generally westerly down the middle of that river to the point of commencement.

South-east Waikato Milk District

ALL that area on the South Auckland Land District comprising the Boroughs of Putaruru and Taupo, and part of the Counties of Matamata, Rotorua, Taupo, and Waipa, bounded by a line commencing at Trig. Station 1390, Pureora, in Block VII, Hurakia S.D., and proceeding generally south-easterly, along the western boundary of Tihoi part (3B 8B 2B, 3B 8B 3, 3B 8B 4, 3B 8B 6, 3B 8B 8) B., the western and southern boundaries of Tihoi 3B 8A, another part of the western boundary of Tihoi part (3B 8B 2B, 3B 8B 3, 3B 8B 4, 3B 8B 6, 3B 8B 8) B., and Tihoi 1, to the western shore of Lake Taupo; then generally southerly and north-westerly along the shores of Lake Taupo to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Tauhara South B.; then generally easterly to and along that boundary, through Trig. Station 45, Ouaha, in Block XIII, Tauhara S.D., and the north-eastern boundary of Tauhara South A., to the middle of the Waitahanui Stream; then generally north-easterly down the middle of that stream, the generally western and northern boundaries of Tauhara Middle 4 State forest (New Zealand Gazette, 1931, p. 3412), and the generally eastern boundaries of Kaingaroa 2 State forest (New Zealand Gazette, 1930, p. 2639), to the southernmost corner of Lot 3 D.P. S. 7273; then north-westerly along the boundary of Lot 3, aforesaid, and down the middle of the Paetataramoa Stream, to and down the middle of the Waikato River, to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Whakamaru Maungaiti Block, in Block VII, Atiamuri S.D., then north-easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of Parsons Road; then westerly along the middle of that road and the middle of No. 30 State Highway, to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 20272; then northerly to and along that boundary and Lot 2, D.P. 20272, the western and north-western boundaries of Lots 10 and 11, D.P. 12325, north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Patetere South 1B 3, along a right line to the southernmost corner of Section 9, Block V, Horohoro S.D., and along the south-western boundary of that section to its westernmost corner; then north-easterly along a right line towards Trig. Station 27, Puwhenua, in Block VII, Tapapa East S.D., to a point in line with the southern boundary of that block; then westerly to and along that boundary and Blocks VI, V, and IV, all of Tapapa East S.D., Blocks XVI, XV, XIV, and XIII, Tapapa S.D., and Blocks XVI and XV, Cambridge S.D., to the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 7038, being the boundary of the Waikato Milk District, as hereinbefore described; then generally southerly along that boundary and the Waitomo Milk District, as hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.
