ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District comprising the City of Hamilton, the Boroughs of Huntly, Ngaruawahia, Morrinsville, Cambridge, and Te Awamutu, and part of the Counties of Raglan, Waikato, Waipa, Otorohanga, Matamata, and Piako, bounded by a line commencing at the north-east corner of Allotment 82, Koheroa Parish, in Block VI, Wharekawa S.D., and proceeding along the mean high-water mark of the Firth of Thames and the left bank of the Miranda Stream to a point in line with the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 28111; thence southerly along a right line to and along the said boundary and the western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 28111, Waitakaruru 4c 5, 4c 3, and again 4c 5, part 4c 4, and Lot 3, D.P. 21822, and that last-named boundary produced to the north-eastern boundary of Section 1, Block VIII, Wharekawa S.D., along the said north-eastern boundary and the north-eastern boundary of Section 2, Block VIII, aforesaid, along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 2, and along the northern boundary of part Section 20, Block II, Piako S.D., to the intersection of a right line between Trig.
