Whangarei Milk District

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District comprising the City of Whangarei, the Independent Town District of Hikurangi, and part of the County of Whangarei, as bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the northern boundary of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga 4F 2 with the mean high-water mark of the sea in Block VIII, Russell S.D., and proceeding generally southerly along that mean high-water mark to the north-western boundary of Allotment 309, Waipu Parish, at Bream Tail, in Block I, Mangawhai S.D., thence south-westerly along that north-western boundary and its production across the Waipu Mangawhai Road to its south-western side; thence generally westerly along that roadside, the eastern boundaries of Allotment 534, Waipu Parish, the northern boundaries of Allotments 336 and 337A, crossing an intervening public road, and along the northern boundary of Allotment 541, all allotments being Waipu Parish; thence westerly along the northern boundary of Section 1, Block XI, Waipu S.D., crossing Massey Road, the north-western boundary of Section 5, Block X, Waipu S.D., and its production across Massey Road to its south-eastern side; thence south-westerly along that roadside to the junction with the eastern side of a public road; thence along a right line across those public roads to and along the northern and north-western boundaries of Section 2, Block X, aforesaid, crossing an intervening public road, to the middle of the Piroa Stream; thence down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Allotment 137, Wairau Parish, in Block V, Waipu S.D.; thence to and along that boundary, the eastern boundary of Allotment 136, Wairau Parish, and its production across a public road to its northern side; thence generally westerly along that roadside, and southerly along the roadsides fronting Allotments N.W. 126, S.E. 126, 125, and N.E. 124, Wairau Parish, to the south-western boundary of the last-mentioned allotment; thence westerly along that boundary, the south-eastern boundaries of Allotments N.E. 120, S.W. 120, the south-eastern and southern boundaries of Allotment N.E. 118, the southern boundaries of Allotments S.W. 118 and N.E. 116, the southern boundary of Allotment S.W. 116, all allotments being of Wairau Parish, to the eastern boundary of Section 9, Block IV, Waipu S.D; thence generally north-westerly along the eastern and north-eastern boundaries of that section, the south-western boundaries of Sections 4 and 3, Block IV, aforesaid, to the westernmost corner of the last-mentioned section; thence north-westerly along a right line to the southernmost corner of Section 6, Block I, Waipu S.D.; thence along the eastern side of the public road forming the generally eastern boundaries of Allotments 305, 306, and 307, Mareretu Parish, and Lot 2, D.P. 44682, to the southern boundary of Section 7, Block I, Waipu S.D; thence easterly, northerly, and westerly along the boundaries of the said Section 7, the production of the last boundary across a public road, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment N.E. 87, Mareretu Parish, the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 26076, crossing the intervening public road to the northernmost corner of the last-mentioned lot, thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of the Mareretu Parish to the middle of the Manganui River; thence down the middle of that river and up the middle of the Tauraroa River to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 44, L.T. 8548, in Block X, Tangihua S.D; thence generally north-westerly to and along that boundary, crossing the intervening Tauraroa River Road, and along the eastern boundaries of Blocks VII and I, Tangihua S.D., the northern boundary of Sections 24, 21, and again Section 24, all being of Block I, Tangihua S.D., the eastern and northern boundaries of Tangihua 1A, the generally eastern boundaries of Section 8, Block IV, Maungaru S.D., and the production of the last boundary across Tangihua Mountain Road to its northern side; thence westerly along that roadside to the south-eastern boundary of Section 6, Block IV, Maungaru S.D; thence north-easterly along that boundary and its production to the middle of the Waiotama River; thence down the middle of that river to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Section 4, Block IV, aforesaid; thence to and along that boundary and the northern boundary of the said section, the generally northern boundaries of Section 1, Block IV, aforesaid, including the abutments of two public roads, and its production to the middle of the Wairua River; thence down the middle of that river and up

the middle of the Mangakahia River to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Section 8, Block XV, Mangakahia S.D.; thence generally westerly to and along that boundary and the north-eastern boundaries of Maungaru Block, as defined by D.P. 3997 and D.P. 7966, crossing an intervening public road, to the westernmost corner of Section 13, Block XIV, Mangakahia S.D; thence along the northern boundary of that section and Section 24, crossing the intervening public road, and along the eastern boundaries of Sections 26 and 25, Block XIV, aforesaid, and the production of the last boundary to a point in line with the middle of Coxheads Road, being a point on the boundary of the Bay of Islands Milk District, as hereinbefore described; thence generally north-easterly along that boundary to the point of commencement.

Hobson Milk District

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District comprising the Borough of Dargaville, the County of Hobson, and part of the County of Otamatea, as bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the mouth of the Waipoua River, in Block V, Waipoua S.D., and proceeding generally southerly along that mean high-water mark, following the shores of Kaipara Harbour, to the middle of the mouth of the Arapaoa River; thence generally north-easterly up the middle of that river and the Pahi River to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 32706; thence northerly to and along that boundary and the generally western boundaries of Wairau Parish to the northernmost point of Allotment 100, Wairau Parish; thence along a right line to the westernmost corner of Section 3, Block IV, Waihu S.D., being a point on the boundary of the Whangarei Milk District, as hereinbefore described; thence generally north-westerly along that boundary and the boundary of the Bay of Islands Milk District, as hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.

Rodney Milk District

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District comprising the Independent Town District of Warkworth and part of the Counties of Otamatea and Rodney, as bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the north-western boundary of Allotment 309, Waipu Parish, in Block I, Mangawhai S.D., with the mean high-water mark of the sea, and proceeding generally southerly along that mean high-water mark to the southern boundary of the Mahurangi Parish, in Block XV, Mahurangi S.D.; thence westerly along that boundary and the northern boundaries of Puhoi and Makarau Parish, and down the middle of Rauhori Stream and the Makarau River to the mean high-water mark of the sea; thence generally northerly along that mean high-water mark, following the shore of Kaipara Harbour, to the boundary of the Hobson Milk District, as hereinbefore described; thence generally easterly along that boundary and the southern boundary of the Whangarei Milk District, as hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement, including Kawau Island.

Auckland Milk District

ALL that area in the North and South Auckland Land Districts comprising the Cities of Auckland, Manukau, Papatoetoe, and Takapuna, the Boroughs of Birkenhead, Devonport, East Coast Bays, Ellerslie, Glen Eden, Helensville, Henderson, Howick, Mount Albert, Mount Roskill, Mt Wellington, Mount Eden, New Lynn, Newmarket, Northcote, Onehunga, One Tree Hill, Otahuhu, Papakura, Pukekohe, Tuakau, and Waiuku, the Counties of Waitemata and Franklin, part of the Counties of Rodney, Raglan, and Waikato, and the Road District of Waiheke, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the southern boundary of Mahurangi Parish with the mean high-water mark of the sea in Block XV, Mahurangi S.D., and proceeding generally south-westerly along that mean high-water mark to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 82, Parish of Koheroa, in Block VI, Wharekawa S.D.; thence generally westerly along the northern and western boundaries of that allotment, crossing and recrossing the Miranda-New Brighton Coast Road, to a point in line with the middle of Allotment 231 (formerly part of a public road); thence along the middle of a public road to and along the middle of the said Allotment 231 and that line produced to and along the middle of the Miranda Boundary Road and the production of the middle line of that part which forms the northern boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 33494, to and along the eastern, southern, and western boundaries of Allotment 213, being a series of right lines through Lot 1, D.P. 1466, and Lot 3, D.P. 33494, to and along the middle of a public road, to and along the middle of a strip of land being that part of Wharekawa 1 Block between Lot 15, D.P. 31704, Lots 3 and 1, D.P. 27867, and Lot 13, D.P. 31704, to and along the middle of the public road which intersects Lots 23, 22, and 21, D.P. 7211, and forms the northern boundaries of Lots 4 and 3, D.P. 33468, and Allotments 157 and 158, along the middle of the Pokeno-Miranda Road to and along right lines passing through Section 2, Block XVI, Opaheke S.D. (formerly closed road and now parts Lot 11 on D.P. 7211 and D.P. 16643), to and along the middle of another part of the Pokeno-Miranda Road to the middle of the Mangatangi Stream; thence generally southerly down the middle of that stream to the boundary of the Koheroa Parish; thence generally easterly along that southern boundary to the northern side of the Maramarua-Mangatangi Road, and generally south-westerly along right lines, through Trig.
