NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 26th day of July 1968, presented to the said Court by Lane Walker Rudkin Limited. AND THAT the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 30th day of August 1968 at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

HAWKE’S BAY CATCHMENT BOARD
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
NOTICE is hereby given that the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, to control portion of the Waipawa River and, for the purposes of or in connection with such public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Hawke’s Bay Catchment Board, situate in Browning Street, Napier, and is open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such land should, if they have any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same, in writing, and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice to the said Catchment Board at its office aforesaid; and if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

UPPER MANGAPIKO DRAINAGE BOARD
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Upper Mangapiko Drainage Board proposes to execute a certain public work, to wit, the straightening and improving of the Mangapiko Stream, for which purpose the land described in the Schedule hereto requires to be taken by the Board under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928.
A plan of the land required to be taken, as aforesaid, lies open to public inspection at the office of the Board in Victoria Street, Cambridge.
Every person affected is hereby called upon to set forth, in writing, any objection he may wish to make to the execution of such work, or to the taking of such land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, and to send such written objection to the Upper Mangapiko Drainage Board within 40 days from the first publication of this notice. A public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
IN the matter of the Public Works Act 1928 and the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 and their respective amendments, notice is hereby given that the Wellington City Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-named Acts and all other Acts, powers, and authorities enabling it in that behalf, to execute a certain public work, namely, for the development of the terminal area at the Wellington Airport in the City of Wellington, for the purpose of that public work, the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land which is required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Town Clerk to the said Council, in the Municipal Offices Building, Mercer Street, in the said City, and is there open for inspection, without fee, by all persons during ordinary office hours, and that any person affected by the execution of the said public work, or the taking of the said land, should, if he has any objection to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, send his written objection within 40 days from the first publication of this notice, to the Wellington City Council, addressed to the Town Clerk at his office. And notice is hereby further given that if any objection is made as aforesaid, a public hearing of that objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of that hearing and at that hearing each objector will be advised of the reasons for the proposed taking.
