IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hosford Investments Ltd., notice is hereby given that, by duly signed entry in the minute book of Hosford Investments Ltd. on 9 August 1968, the following special resolutions were passed by the company, namely:
"That the company be wound up voluntarily".
"That Noel Eric Patton, of Dunedin, public accountant, be, and he is hereby appointed liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs of the company and distributing the assets".

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955, and in the matter of Hosford Investments Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), notice is hereby given that the undersigned, the liquidator of Hosford Investments Ltd., which is being wound up voluntarily, does hereby fix the 29th day of August 1968 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 308 of the Companies Act 1955, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

IN the matter of Colour Stones Ltd. (in voluntary liquidation), creditors' winding up, and in the matter of the Companies Act 1955, take notice that, in pursuance of section 291 of the above Act, the final general meeting of the above-named company will be held in my office, 36 Esk Street, Invercargill, on Wednesday, the 4th day of September 1968, at 10.15 a.m., for the purpose of laying before such meeting the account of the winding up of the above-named company and of giving any explanation thereof.
A member entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him, and that proxy need not necessarily be a member of the company.
