DESCRIPTION OF THE MOUNT ALBERT BOROUGH

All that area in the North Auckland Land District containing 2,430 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the south-western boundary of Allotment 9 of Section 5, Suburbs of Auckland, with the south-eastern side of Niger Street in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, and proceeding south-easterly along the south-western boundary of the said Allotment 9, crossing the intervening Aitken Terrace, to its intersection with the northern side of New North Road; thence along a right line to the junction of the production northerly of the western boundary of Allotment 224 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, with the southern side of New North Road, and southerly along a right line to and along that boundary and the western boundary of Allotment 225 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, to the westernmost corner of that allotment; thence westerly along a right line across Dominion Road to the junction of the western side of that road with a line parallel to New North Road, being 235 links distant southerly from and measured at right angles to the southern side of that road and continuing along the last-mentioned line crossing Akepiro Street to and southerly along the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 22038, along a right line across the Newmarket-Opua Railway to and along the eastern boundaries of Lots 86, 87, and 88, D.P. 309, along a right line across Charles Street, to and along the eastern boundaries of Lots 85 and 79, D.P. 196, along a right line across Tawari Street to and along the western boundary of the part Lot 51, Deeds Plan 47 (blue), comprised in C.T. 569/148, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to its intersection with the southern boundary of Allotment 12, of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland, crossing the intervening George Street West, Onslow Road, Cromwell Street, and Walters Road; All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mount Albert Borough, bounded by a line commencing at the junction of the south-western boundary of Allotment 9 of Section 5, Suburbs of Auckland, with the south-eastern side of Niger Road in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally along the generally eastern boundary of Mount Albert Borough, as hereinbefore described, to the middle of Burnley Terrace; thence north-westerly generally along the middle of that terrace, to and along the middle of Ethel Street, crossing Sandringham Road, to and along the middle of McDonald Street and Argyle Street, to its intersection with the middle of the Newmarket-Opua Railway; thence south-westerly along the middle of the said railway to and northerly generally along the middle of New North Road, Rocky Nook Avenue, and the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Allotment 177 of Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland (Fowlds Park), to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 4838; thence north-easterly generally along the generally north-western boundary of Mount Albert Borough, as hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.

All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mount Albert Borough, bounded by a line commencing in the middle of Western Springs Road in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 4838, and proceeding southerly generally along the generally western boundary of Ward A, as hereinbefore described, and continuing south-westerly along the middle of New North Road to and north-easterly generally along the generally north-western boundary of Mount Albert Borough, as hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.

WARD C

All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mount Albert Borough, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection with the eastern boundary of Mount Albert Borough, as hereinbefore described, with the middle of Burnley Terrace, and proceeding southerly along that eastern boundary to and westerly generally along the middle of Balmoral Road, crossing Sandringham Road, to and along the middle of St. Lukes
