Road, and the middle of Wagener Place, to a point in line
with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 56433; thence
southerly generally to and along that boundary and the
generally south-eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P.
56433, and Lot 8, D.P. 49096, to and north-westerly along the
south-western boundaries of that lot and of Lots 7 and 13,
D.P. 49096, along a right line across Lot 12, D.P. 49751, to
and along the south-western boundary of Lot 6, D.P. 49096,
to the western boundary of the land shown on S.O. Plan
34849 (Mount Albert Grammar School); thence south-westerly
generally along the generally western and southern boundaries
of the land shown on that S.O. plan taken for secondary school
(New Zealand Gazette, 1948, p. 1142), to and southerly along
the western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 24685, to the southern-
most corner of that lot; thence north-westerly generally along
the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 35318,
Lots 13, 12, 11, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, and 2, D.P. 16025, the
north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P.
16025, the north-eastern boundary of Lot 22, D.P. 15135, the
north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Lot 21, D.P.
15135, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the
middle of Mount Albert Road; thence north-westerly along
the middle of that road to and north-easterly generally along
the generally south-eastern boundary of Ward B and the
southern boundary of Ward A, both the aforesaid wards as
hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement.

WARD D

All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mount
Albert Borough, bounded by a line commencing at the inter-
section of the eastern boundary of Mount Albert Borough, as
hereinbefore described, with the middle of Balmoral Road,
and proceeding southerly along that boundary to and north-
westerly along the south-western boundary of the said Mount
Albert Borough, and continuing along the middle of Mount
Albert Road to and north-easterly generally along the gener-
ally south-eastern boundary of Ward C, as hereinbefore
described, to the point of commencement.

Ward E

All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Mount
Albert Borough, bounded by a line commencing at the inter-
section of Owairaka Avenue and Mount Albert Road, and
proceeding westerly generally along the southern boundary of
Mount Albert Borough, as hereinbefore described, to and
north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Ward B,
to and south-easterly along the south-western boundary of
Wards C and D, all the aforesaid wards as hereinbefore
described, to the point of commencement.

(c) Present and potential output; and
(d) Details of factory cost in terms of materials, labour, overhead, etc.
