Revocation of the Reservation over Balance of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a gravel pit over the land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Clifton County) Notice 1968.

  2. The Clifton County Council’s proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.

  3. So much of the Warrant dated the 26th day of May 1959† which relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Addition to Mount Aspiring National Park Bylaws
——

PURSUANT to the National Parks Act 1952, a resolution has been passed by the Mount Aspiring National Park Board resolving that a further bylaw, as set out in the Schedule hereto, be added to the bylaws already made for Mount Aspiring National Park, and such resolution has been approved by the National Parks Authority.

It is therefore declared that the said bylaw has been added accordingly.

PURSUANT to the National Parks Act 1952, a resolution has been passed by the Tongariro National Park Board resolving that a further bylaw, as set out in the Schedule hereto, be added to the bylaws already made for Tongariro National Park, and such resolution has been approved by the National Parks Authority.

It is therefore declared that the said bylaw has been added accordingly.

No person shall organise, hold, or conduct or engage in any organised ski racing or ski-race training within the park except in accordance with written permission previously obtained from the Board, and then only in accordance with the conditions of such permit.
