REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENTS OR APPROVALS TO ISSUE WARRANTS OF FITNESS

Pursuant to regulation 52 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*, the Minister of Transport hereby revokes, as from 20 June 1968, the appointments or approvals for the issue of warrants of fitness for motor vehicles heretofore made or given, as the case may be, in terms of the said Regulations for the persons or firms described in the Schedule hereto.

REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT TO CONTROL AND MANAGE AND CHANGE OF PURPOSE OF A RESERVE TO RECREATION PURPOSES; DECLARATION THAT THE RESERVE BE THE WAITOHI BUSH DOMAIN AND APPOINTMENT OF DOMAIN BOARD

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Geraldine County Council to control and manage, and changes the purpose of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto from a reserve for plantation to a reserve for recreation purposes, and declares the said reserve to be a public domain, subject to the provisions of Part III of the said Act, to be known as the Waitohi Bush Domain; and, further, appoints the Geraldine County Council to be the Waitohi Bush Domain Board, to have control of the said domain.
