The Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1966, Amendment No. 7

PURSUANT to the Control of Prices Act 1947, the Minister of Industries and Commerce hereby gives the following notice:

  1. This notice may be cited as the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1966, Amendment No. 7, and shall be read together with, and deemed to be part of, the Control of Prices (Positive List) Notice 1966* (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

  2. This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

  3. The principal notice is hereby amended by adding under the general heading of Services, subheading Charges, fees, rates, or commissions payable in respect of the following, the item “wheat broking”.

Vesting the Management of Takamatua Wharf in Akaroa County Council

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby vests in Akaroa County Council (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) the management of the Takamatua Wharf, as shown on plan M.D. 3541 deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington; such vesting to be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Conditions of Management hereto.


CONDITIONS OF MANAGEMENT

  1. The vesting of the said wharf is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those Regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

  2. The term of the vesting shall be 14 years from the 1st day of August 1968.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be 10c, payable on demand.

Amending Management Notice—Lake County Council

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby amends the notice* of 2 August 1963 vesting the management of the wharves at Minarets and Wanaka in Lake Wanaka in Lake County Council by increasing the dues and rates in the Second Schedule from ten dollars ($10) to thirty dollars ($30).
