ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, situated in Block II, Maketu Survey District, containing 1314 acres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at the north-western corner of Section 12, Block II aforesaid, and proceeding easterly and southerly along the northern and eastern boundaries of that Section 12, to and south-westerly generally along the generally south-eastern boundaries of Section 11, Block II aforesaid, Lot 5, D.P. S.11745, and part Section 9, Block II aforesaid, to the southern boundary of part Section 16, Block II aforesaid; thence along that boundary and the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S.828, to the western side of No. 2 Road, thence along a right line to the north-western corner of Te Puke 29A Block; thence along the north-eastern boundary of the said 29A Block to the easternmost corner of that block, thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Te Puke 2B 1C, Lot 1, D.P. 29140, Te Puke 2A 2B 2B, Part Te Puke 2A 2B 2A, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the northern boundary of Section 19, Block II, Maketu Survey District; thence easterly along that boundary and its production, to the north-western boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 23816; thence north-easterly generally along that boundary to the generally south-western side of No. 2 State Highway (Jellicoe Street); thence north-westerly generally along that roadside to the northernmost corner of Lot 12, D.P. S.1946; thence north-easterly along a right line, to and along the north-western boundary of part Section 22, Block II aforesaid, to the north-western corner of that section; thence northerly along a right line to a point on the northern boundary of part Section E21, Block II aforesaid, 250 links from the north-western corner of that section; thence westerly along the southern boundary of part Lot 3, D.P. 14731, for a distance of 500 links; thence due north to a point in line with the northern boundary of Lot 12, D.P. 7034; thence westerly to and along that boundary and the northern boundary of Lot 11, D.P. 7034, and its production to the western side of Seddon Street; thence southerly along that roadside to the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S.1452; thence along that boundary to the northernmost corner of the said Lot 1; thence southerly generally along the north-western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S.1452, the north-western and south-western boundaries at Lot 3, D.P. S.1452, the north-western boundary at Lot 1, D.P. S.3065, along a right line to and along the north-western boundaries of Lot 4, D.P. S.1452, Part Section 37A, Block II aforesaid, and Lot 1, D.P. 35115, to the westernmost corner of the last-named lot; thence along a right line to the north-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 12905; thence westerly along the southern boundary of part Lot 2, D.P. 27357, to the north-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 12588; thence along a right line to and westerly generally along the generally southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 27357, to and along the southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 25471, and that boundary produced to the eastern side of Station Street; thence southerly along that roadside to the south-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 25471; thence along a right line to the southernmost corner of part Lot 6, D.P. 11887; thence north-westerly along the north-eastern side of the East Coast Main Trunk Railway to the southern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 11887; thence westerly along the production of that boundary to the eastern boundary of Section 60, Block II aforesaid; thence northerly and westerly along the eastern and northern boundaries of the said Section 60 to the eastern side of No. 2 State Highway (Jellicoe Street); thence southerly along that roadside to a point in line with the south-eastern side of No. 3 Road; thence to and south-westerly generally along that roadside to the point of commencement.
BOUNDARIES OF COUNTY OF TAURANGA
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block I, Katikati North Survey District, on the shore of the Bay of Plenty, known as Te Ararimu, being the south-eastern corner of part Lot 1, D.P. 28882, and proceeding generally south-easterly along the shore of the Bay of Plenty to the north-eastern corner of Waewaehikitia 1, situated in Block IV, Waihi South Survey District; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of Waewaehikitia 1, along a right line to and along the eastern boundaries of Waewaehikitia Urupa and Waewaehikitia Nos. 2B, 2A, and 3, along a right line to and along the eastern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 8636, along a right line across No. 2 State Highway, to and along the eastern boundaries of part Lot 2, and Lots 4 and 6, D.P. 35929, Lots 15, 14, part 13, 11, and part 10, D.P. 8636, Tahunaroa 3A and part Section 6, Block VI, Waihi South Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence southerly along a right line between that south-eastern corner and the north-western corner of part Section 15, Block XI, Rotoma Survey District, to the northern boundary of Section 12, Block VII, Rotoma Survey District; thence north-westerly generally along that boundary to a point on the eastern side of Lake Rotoma Road, in line with the northern boundary of Section 8, Block VII, Rotoma Survey District; thence westerly to and along that boundary, the northern boundary of Section 15, Block VI, Rotoma Survey District, the northern end of Hamilton Road, the northern boundary of Section 18, Block VI aforesaid, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of Pongakawa Valley Road; thence north-westerly generally along the middle of that road to a point in line with the northern boundary of Section 2, Block I, Rotoma Survey District; thence westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of Pongakawa Stream; thence southerly up the middle of that stream to the northern boundary of Rotoiti 5B2; thence north-westerly along that boundary and the northern boundaries of Rotoiti 5B1 and Tokerau A4, to Kaikokopu Road, along a right line to and again along the northern boundary of Tokerau A4, along the northern boundary of Tokerau A2 to Maniatutu Road, along a right line, to and along the northern boundaries of Tokerau A 1B and Rotoiti 3V 2A, the northern end of Lichensteins Road, the northern boundary of part Rotoiti 3V, and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of Pokopoko Stream; thence northerly down the middle of that stream to a point in line with the northern boundary of part Waipapa 1D; thence westerly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of No. 33 State Highway; thence northerly generally along the middle of that State highway to a point in line with the north-eastern
