Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for forestry purposes from and after the 29th day of July 1968.

ALL that piece of land containing 22 perches situated in Block IV, Mahinapua Survey District (Borough of Hokitika), Westland R.D., being Section 3282, Town of Hokitika. Portion of a Public Reserve Taken for a Service Lane in Block I, Thames Survey District, Thames County, and Previous Declaration Revoked

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby revokes the Declaration, dated the 27th day of February 1968 and published in Gazette, 28 March 1968, No. 17, p. 503, taking land for a service lane in Block I, Thames Survey District, and hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the portion of public reserve described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Thames from and after the 29th day of July 1968.
