Accessway Closed in the City of Invercargill and Part Added to Land Held for the Development of Water Power (Waikiwi Substation)

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as closed the accessway described in the First Schedule hereto; and that the portion of the said accessway first described in the said First Schedule shall be added to land held for the development of water power (Waikiwi Substation) described in the Second Schedule hereto, subject to a building-line condition imposed by notice No. 168058, Southland Land Registry; and that the portion of the said accessway secondly described in the said First Schedule shall be vested in Myers Bros. Ltd., a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Invercargill, subject to a building-line condition imposed by notice No. 168058, Southland Land Registry, and subject also to memorandum of mortgage No. 194817, Southland Land Registry, from and after the 29th day of July 1968.
