Trustee of Sandon Public Park Appointed
PURSUANT to section 2 of the Sandon Public Park Management Act 1875, Province of Wellington, Session 28, No. 6, and subsection (2) of section 29 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1924, His Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to appoint
John Crabtree Bennett
to be a trustee of the Sandon Public Park in place of Jack Carman Lawrence, resigned, to act in conjunction with Ronald Thomas Walter Bishop, Raymond Arthur John Fagan, Keith Leroy Henson, and Mervyn Morton Thom, previously appointed.

Revocation of Appointment of the Waitemata County Council as the Oruamo Domain Board

Revocation of Appointment to Control and Manage
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby revokes the appointment of the Otago Regional Group of the Youth Hostels Association of New Zealand Incorporated to control and manage the reserve for a site for a youth hostel and holiday camp described in the Schedule hereto.

Revoking Foreshore Licence at Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence signed on 21 March 1956 authorising Hubert Victor Albertson to use and occupy part of the foreshore and sea bed in Halfmoon Bay for the purpose of maintaining thereon a stacking stage, as shown on plan M.D. 6423, and assigned to Fish Freezers (1952) Ltd., on 13 July 1962, is revoked as from 30 June 1968.

Licensing Skeggs Foods International Ltd. to Occupy a Site for a Walkway at Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Skeggs Foods International Ltd. (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Halfmoon Bay, Stewart Island, as shown on plan marked M.D. 6423 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a walkway, as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS
(1) This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
(2) The term of the licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of July 1968.
(3) The premium payable by the licensee shall be 2 dollars ($2.00) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be 12 dollars ($12.00), commencing on the 1st day of February 1969.
