Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to
be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

and after the date of this Order in Council, vest in the Mayor,
Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Pukekohe and be
under the control and management of the Pukekohe Borough
Council.
