A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1968.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Blenheim as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1968.

SCHEDULE

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 19.54 perches situated in Block XVI, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Borough of Blenheim, Marlborough R.D., and being part of Sections 1 and 3, Omaka Registration District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 22245 (S.O. 4790) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Phillip Richard Gordon under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 99°, recorded in certificate of title, Volume 206, folio 198, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for the development of water power (Roxburgh Power Project); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of July 1968.
