Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Railway
Tavern, Hawera

Pursuant to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act
1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No.
2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby
give notice that the Taranaki Licensing Committee, on 20 June
1968, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours
for opening and closing the Railway Tavern, Glover Road,
Hawera, for the sale of liquor to the public, namely, that such
premises be authorised to open at 9 o'clock in the morning
and close at 8 o'clock in the evening, Monday to Saturday
inclusive.

Featherston

1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No.
2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby
give notice that the Wairarapa Licensing Committee, on 26
June 1968, made an order fixing hours other than the usual
hours for opening and closing the Royal Hotel, Featherston,
for sale of liquor to the public, as follows:

Mondays to Thursdays inclusive, open at 9 a.m. and close
at 8 p.m.
Fridays and Saturdays, open at 9 a.m. and close at 2 p.m.,
reopen at 4 p.m. and close at 10 p.m.

Hop Marketing Committee Election (Notice No. Ag. 10263)

Pursuant to clause II of the Hop Marketing Regulations 1939,
notice is hereby given that the roll of those persons qualified
to vote for the election of five producers' representatives on
the Hop Marketing Committee will be open for inspection
during ordinary office hours at the following places, viz.,
Department of Agriculture, Head Office, Wellington, and at
Nelson; also at the following post offices, viz., Motueka, Upper
Moutere, Wakefield, and Nelson.

The roll will be available for public inspection for a
period of seven days from 17 July 1968.

Nomination forms may be obtained on application to any
of the above offices or from the returning officer, Department
of Agriculture, Nelson. Nominations must be in the
hands of the returning officer not later than noon on 14
August 1968.

Pursuant to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950 and
to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under
section 9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the
purpose of the said section, the following special order, made
by the Waiheke Road Board on the 21st day of June 1968,
is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER

Resolved by way of special order that the following be
declared noxious weeds in the Waiheke Road District.

Common broom (Cytisus scorparius).
Fennel (Foeniculum vulgare).
Gorse (Ulex, any species).
Hemlock (Conium maculatum).
Ragwort (Senecio jacobaea).
Sedge (Carex longebrachiata, also known as Carex longi-
folia).
Milk thistle or variegated thistle (Silybum marianum).
Woolly nightshade (Solanum auriculatum).
