Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve

The Road Classification (Whakatane Borough) Notice 1968
PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the
following notice.
NOTICE
- This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
(Whakatane Borough) Notice 1968. - The Whakatane Borough Council's proposed classification
of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby
approved. - The Warrant dated the 14th day of December 1950† which
relates to the classification of the roads described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Acquisition of Land for Scenic Reserve to be Named the
Montgomery Park Scenic Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby declares that the land described in the
Schedule hereto was acquired as a reserve for scenic purposes,
and that the said reserve be named the Montgomery Park
Scenic Reserve.

Electricians Act 1952-Copies of Registers of Inspectors,
Electricians, Etc.
PURSUANT to the Electricians Amendment Act 1966, No. 32,
which provides for publication in a manner approved by the
Minister of a list of persons registered under the Electricians
Act 1952, notice is hereby given that copies of the registers
of inspectors, electricians, electrical servicemen and holders
of limited registration will no longer be published as a supplement to the New Zealand Gazette.
A “List of Persons Registered Under the Electricians Act
1952” for the year ending 31 March 1967 is now available at
all Government bookshops.
Copies of the booklet for the year ending 31 March 1968
are expected to be available in the near future and in ensuing years as soon as possible after 31 March.
Where Standing Orders have been placed for the Gazette
publication subscribers are asked to re-order for the new
booklet at their local Government bookshop or through the
Government Printer.

the Minister of Justice has fixed the days and times of attendance at the Magistrate's Court at Matamata on and from
10 June 1968 as Mondays and Thursdays between the hours
of 9.30 a.m. and 12.30 p.m., and 1.30 p.m. and 3.30 p.m.

Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at Oxleys Hotel,
Picton
PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962,
as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2)
1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby
give notice that the Marlborough Licensing Committee, on
19 June 1968, made an order fixing hours other than the
usual hours for opening and closing Oxleys Hotel, Picton, for
sale of liquor to the public; namely, that such hotel premises
be authorised to open at 8 o'clock in the morning and close
at 7 o'clock in the evening, Monday to Saturday inclusive.

Pacific Hotel, Waiwera
PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act
1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No.
2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby
give notice that the Auckland Licensing Committee, on 26 June
1968, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours
for opening and closing the South Pacific Hotel, Waiwera, for
sale of liquor to the public, as follows:
Mondays to Thursdays inclusive of each week, for a period
commencing on the Monday following Easter Monday
and ending on the Thursday before Labour Day (inclusive), but excepting any statutory public holiday within
that period, open at 9 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.
On all other days, open at 11 a.m. and close at 10 p.m.
