Revoking the Foreshore Licence Issued to Manapouri-Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd. for 12 Jetties and 2 Slip-ways at Lake Manapouri and Doubtful Sound
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence signed on 19 September 1962 authorising the Manapouri-Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd. to use and occupy parts of the bed of Lake Manapouri, and of the foreshore and bed of the sea in Doubtful Sound, as sites for 12 jetties and 2 slipways, is hereby revoked.

Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence signed on 12 February 1968 authorising the Manapouri-Doubtful Sound Tourist Co. Ltd. to use and occupy part of the bed of the Waiau River at Manapouri as a site for a slipway-ramp, as shown on plan M.D. 12810, is hereby revoked.

The Traffic (Hawke's Bay County) Notice No. 3, 1968
Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hawke's Bay County) Notice No. 3, 1968.
  2. The roads specified in the First Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be closely populated localities for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.
  3. The road specified in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
  4. The Warrant under section 36 of the Transport Act 1949 and Regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956, dated the 17th day of March 1958†, relating to No. 30 State Highway at Clive Township, in Hawke's Bay County, is hereby revoked.
    FIRST SCHEDULE
    SITUATED within Hawke's Bay County at Clive: No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) (from Mill Road to a point 12 chains measured northerly generally along the said State highway from the Farndon-Paki Paki Road).
    Farndon-Paki Paki Road (from the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to a point 8 chains measured south-westerly generally along the Farndon-Paki Paki Road from the said State highway).
    Ferry Road (from the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to a point 24 chains measured north-easterly generally along Ferry Road from the said State highway).
    Mill Road (from the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to a point 16 chains measured south-easterly generally along Mill Road from the said State highway).
    School Road (from the No. 2 State Highway (Pokeno-Wellington via Gisborne) to a point 24 chains measured easterly generally along School Road from the said State highway).
