Plant Declared a Noxious Weed in the Bay of Islands County
Council (Notice No. Ag. 10180)
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, and
to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture under section
9 of the Department of Agriculture Act 1953 for the purpose
of the said section, the following special order made by the
Bay of Islands County Council on 13 December 1967 is
hereby published.
SPECIAL ORDER
PURSUANT to section 3 of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the
Bay of Islands County Council hereby resolves by way of
special order that the plant in the Schedule hereto is declared
a noxious weed within the whole of the County of Bay of
Islands.

The Sale and Use of Wool-marking Preparations

PURSUANT to the Animals Act 1967, the Director-General of
Agriculture hereby declares that the wool-marking preparations
set out in the Schedule hereto are to be the approved wool-
marking preparations for the purposes of section 94 of the
Act.

Tupping crayons—To be used for marking ewes at mating in
conjunction with ram harness or by manual application to the
brisket of the ram.

Industries Ltd., Wanganui.
Raddles—Chalk Type—For general purpose use in marking
wool or sheep.

orange; product of Farmers Industries Ltd., Wanganui.
"Fords": Red, green, blue, yellow, black, violet, and orange;
product of Loudon Bros., Palmerston North.
"Vinco": Pink, green, blue, yellow, orange, purple, mauve;
