Notice of Intention to Take Land for Road in Block II, Te Kaha Survey District, Opotiki County, Being Land Required for a Deviation on the Opotiki-Gisborne via Te Araroa State Highway No. 35

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the construction of a road, and for the purposes of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Te Kaha, and is there open for inspection; that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land, should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount or payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing, and send the written objection within 40 days of the notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that if any objection is made in accordance with this notice a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

Cancellation of the Vesting in the Auckland City Council and Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby cancels the vesting in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland and revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for plantation purposes described in the Schedule hereto.

Change of Purpose of Reserves

Declaration That Part of the Kaponga Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Revocation of the Reservation Over the Said Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that that part of the Kaponga Domain described in the Schedule hereto shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to Part II of the said Act and, further, revokes the reservation for recreation purposes over the said reserve.

Revocation of the Reservation Over Part of a Reserve Specifying That the Land Shall be Held by the Pukekohe Borough Council in Fee Simple

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Land hereby revokes the reservation over that part of the reserve for recreation purposes described in the Schedule hereto and, further, declares that the said land shall be held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Pukekohe in fee simple, pursuant to section 163 (c) of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954.
