A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1968.

ALL that piece of land containing 7 acres 2 roods 34 perches situated in Block VI, Stonyhurst Survey District, Canterbury R.D., being part Lot 1, D.P. 9773, and being part Rural Sections 11040, 25833, and 34659; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21806 (S.O. 10909) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by John Gerald Donovan, of Wellington, painter, and Mona Daisy Donovan, his wife, under and by virtue of Crown lease, Volume 611, folio 91, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for the purposes of the Ngauranga - Basin Reserve Motorway.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 4th day of February 1931 and published in Gazette, 1931, Volume I, at page 264, and registered in the Land Registry Office at Wellington as No. 2124, taking land for the purposes of a public school in Block IX, Mangapakeha Survey District, and vesting it in the Education Board of the District of Wellington, in so far as it affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
