CORRIGENDUM
IN the Declaration dated the 13th day of October 1967, and published in Gazette, No. 70, 9 November 1967, page 1933, declaring land taken for road and for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Paparua County, for the description of the third area to the First Schedule thereto which reads “0 acres 0 roods 0.1 perches, Lot 8, D.P. 25037”, read “0 acres 0 roods 12.1 perches, Lot 8, D.P. 25037”, which last-mentioned description appears in the Declaration signed by the Minister of Works.
Dated at Wellington this 29th day of November 1967.

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948, as from the 19th day of September 1967.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of land situated in Blocks XIV and XV, Tutamoi Survey District, and described as follows:
A. R. P. Being
640 0 22 Part Tutamoe No. 2 Block, being all of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 45, folio 37, Gisborne Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of January 1968.

Land Held for the Purposes of a Sanitary Depot in Block XII, Uawa Survey District, Set Apart for the Purposes of Pleasure Grounds, Camping Grounds, and Other Amenities

A PROCLAMATION
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto was taken for the purposes of a sanitary depot and vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Cook by Proclamation No. 381, dated the 30th day of June 1921 and published in Gazette, 7 July 1921, No. 64, and Proclamation 303, dated the 28th day of May 1918 and published in Gazette, 6 June 1918, No. 81.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 20 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1952, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the said land is hereby set apart as from the 29th day of January 1968 for the purposes of pleasure grounds, camping grounds, and other amenities.
SCHEDULE
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT
ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XII, Uawa Survey District, Gisborne R.D., described as follows:

5 2 12 Part Lot 73A, D.P. 1323, part Paremata Block and being all the land comprised and described in Proclamation 381, Gisborne Land Registry.
3 2 7 Part Lot 73A, D.P. 1323, part Paremata Block and being all the land comprised and described in Proclamation 303, Gisborne Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 5th day of December 1967.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, the Right Honourable Sir Herbert Richard Churton Wild, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 29th day of January 1968.
