and declares that the portion of road described in the
Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in
Council, become a County Road.

in Council, vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of
the City of Porirua, and be under the control and manage-
ment of the Porirua City Council.
