A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Tauranga-Te
Maunga Motorway, and the land described in the Second
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street approaches thereto.

Allocating Railway Land to the Purposes of a Road in Block

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
which is described in the Schedule hereto (which was
acquired for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway and is not
now required for such purpose) shall, upon the publication
hereof in the Gazette become road, and that such road shall
be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall
be maintained by the said Board in like manner as other
roads are controlled and maintained by the said Board.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to subsection (6) of section 5 of the Education
Lands Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, the Governor-
General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare
that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being an area
vested in the Auckland Education Board as a site for a
public school, shall be vested in Her Majesty the Queen,
freed and discharged from every education trust affecting the
same, but subject to all leases, encumbrances, liens, or
easements affecting the same, at the date hereof.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie
Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand,
hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street widening purposes,
and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the
City of Nelson as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and
I also declare that the Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 17th day of June 1968.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act
1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
amends the Order in Council, dated the 3rd day of November
1965 and published in Gazette of 11 November 1965, page
2004, appointing a non-elective member of the Nelson Catch-
ment Board by deleting "that the person holding for the
time being the office of Director, Geological Survey", and
substituting "Richard Wright Willett".
