Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of the Pauri-Wiritoa Domain

Pursuant to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve for recreation purposes and, further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act to form part of the Pauri-Wiritoa Domain to be administered as a public domain by the Domain Board.

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Bay of Islands County) Notice 1968.
2. The Bay of Islands County Council's proposed classification of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
3. So much of the Warrant dated the 22nd day of May 1951† as relates to the classification of the roads described in the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.
