Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Blocks I and II, Ikitara Survey District, Wanganui County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is closed and shall vest in James Kenneth Hussey, of Wanganui, farmer, Gordon John Hussey, of Birmingham, United Kingdom, company executive, and Nada Elizabeth Cotton, of Tennessee, United States of America, married woman, as tenants in common in equal shares.

Declaring Land Subject as to Part to a Building-line Restriction Taken for a Public School in Block I, Manapouri Survey District

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the land first and secondly described in the Schedule hereto subject to a building-line restriction and the land thirdly described in the said Schedule is hereby taken for a public school from and after the 17th day of June 1968.
