In the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Ingram Textiles Ltd., notice is hereby given that on the 18th day of March 1968, there was registered by the Registrar of Companies an order of the Supreme Court at Auckland confirming the reduction of the capital of Ingram Textiles Ltd. from 20,000 $2 ordinary shares to 5,000 $2 ordinary shares and a minute approved by the Supreme Court showing the amount and nature of the share capital of the company as altered by the said order.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 13th day of May 1968 presented to the said Court by Mt. MAUNGANUI AND TAURANGA STEVEDORES LTD., of Mount Maunganui, stevedores. And that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at Auckland on the 28th day of June 1968 at 10 o'clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

KAIKOHE BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Sewerage Redemption Loan 1968—$4,500
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Kaikohe Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on the loan of four thousand five hundred dollars ($4,500) authorised to be raised by the Kaikohe Borough Council under the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 for the purpose of repaying on maturity those portions of the Sewerage Loan 1962—$74,000 which mature on 1 June, 1 October, and 1 December 1968, the said Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.00037 cents in the dollar ($) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Kaikohe Borough district; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of January and the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of ten (10) years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Kaikohe Borough Council on the 20th day of May 1968.

OTOROHANGA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Bridges Loan No. 2, 1967—$11,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the Otorohanga County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $11,000 authorised to be raised by the Otorohanga County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of financing the Council's share of the cost of renewing bridges on roads within the County of Otorohanga excluding the Kawhia County Town District, the said Otorohanga County Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.00969 cents in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the County of Otorohanga excluding the Kawhia County Town District; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 20 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."
I hereby certify that the above resolution was duly passed at a meeting of the Otorohanga County Council held on the 17th day of May 1968.
