Notice of Meeting of Creditors

IN the matter of the Companies Act 1955 and in the matter of Peterson's Vorback and Nicoll Ltd. (in liquidation) creditors winding up, pursuant to section 284, take notice that by an entry in its minute book signed in accordance with section 362 (1) of the Companies Act 1955, the above-named company on the 21st day of May 1968 passed a resolution for voluntary winding-up; and that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held pursuant to section 284 of the Companies Act 1955, at the New Zealand National Creditmen's Board Room, Barton Street, Hamilton, on Thursday, the 30th day of May 1968, at 2.30 p.m. for the purposes set out in sections 284, 285, and 286 of the above Act.

Agenda

1. To consider a statement of the position of the company's affairs together with a list of creditors of the company and the estimated amount of their claims.

2. To nominate a person to be liquidator for the purpose of winding up the affairs and distributing the assets of the company.

That the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up and that the company be wound up voluntarily.
