PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Huirangi Substation).

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Waitemata, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 27th day of May 1968.

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a motorway desired to be constructed in Blocks VIII, XII, and XVI, Drury Survey District, viz., a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway, shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits shown coloured red on the plan marked M.O.W. 22231 referred to in the Schedule hereto.
