Crown Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as provisional State forest land.

SCHEDULE

WESTLAND LAND DISTRICT—WESTLAND CONSERVANCY WESTLAND COUNTY

RESERVE 1900, situated in Block VI, Kaniere Survey District: Area, 32 acres, more or less.

As shown on plan numbered S 51/3 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red (S.O. Plan 4451).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of May 1968.

Land Set Apart as Provisional State Forest Declared to be Crown Land Subject to the Land Act 1948

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to subsection (2) of section 19 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, acting on the joint recommendation of the Minister of Lands and of the Minister of Forests, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, being part of provisional State forest reserve set apart by Proclamation dated the 26th day of October 1950, and published in Gazette, 2 November 1950, Volume III, p. 1925, is required for settlement purposes; and, in accordance with the provisions of the said Act, such land shall, from and after the day of the gazetting hereof, cease to be provisional State forest land and shall become Crown land, available for sale, lease, reservation, or other disposition under the provisions of the Land Act 1948.
