Ruatoki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 3
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953 and it is desired to vary the same:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Ruatoki Development Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 3.

The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Waipuna Development Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 1
WHEREAS by virtue of the notices described in the First Schedule hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
And whereas by reason of an amalgamation of titles the land is now known by the description shown in the Third Schedule hereto and it is considered necessary to have the notices described in the First Schedule hereto replaced.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

This notice may be described as the Waipuna Development Scheme Amending Notice 1968 No. 1.

The notices referred to in the First Schedule hereto are hereby revoked.

The land described in the Third Schedule is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Central Hotel, Napier; Hastings Hotel, Hastings; Waikare Hotel, Putorino
PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hawke’s Bay Licensing Committee, on 26 April 1968, made orders fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing of hotel premises for the sale of liquor to the public as follows:
Central Hotel, Napier—
Monday to Saturday inclusive, open at 9 a.m., and close at 8 p.m.
Hastings Hotel, Hastings—
Monday to Saturday inclusive, open at 9 a.m., and close at 8 p.m.
Waikare Hotel, Putorino—
Monday to Saturday inclusive, open at 10 a.m., and close at 9 p.m.

Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954—Cancellation of Registration of Industrial Union
PURSUANT to section 85 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Northern and Canterbury Rubber Workers Industrial Union of Workers, Registered No. 1976, situated at Trades Hall, Christchurch, is hereby cancelled as from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.

PURSUANT to section 86 of the Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Act 1954, it is hereby notified that the registration of the Dunedin and Suburban Coal Merchants Industrial Union of Employers, Registered No. 1550, situated at Pinex Centre, 21 Bath Street, Dunedin, will, unless cause to the contrary is shown, be cancelled on the expiration of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice in the Gazette.
