WHEREAS BY VIRTUE OF THE NOTICE DESCRIBED IN THE FIRST SCHEDULE HERE TO THE LAND DESCRIBED IN THE SECOND SCHEDULE HERETO IS NOW SUBJECT TO PART XXIV OF THE MAORI AFFAIRS ACT 1953 AND IT IS DESIRED TO VARY THE SAME:
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as follows:
NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Mangonui Development Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 3.
2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule here to is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule here to.
3. The land described in the Second Schedule here to is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
