Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve For Other Land
Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the
reserve for quarry purposes described in the First Schedule
hereto for the land described in the Second Schedule.

The Road Classification (Waitemata County) Notice 1968
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations $1955^{\ast}$ the Commissioner of Transport, as required by
the National Roads Board, hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification (Waitemata County) Notice 1968.
2. The Waitemata County Council's proposed classification
   of the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby
   approved.
3. The Warrant dated the 11th day of June $1963^{\dagger}$ which
   relates to the classification of the roads described in the
   Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations $1955^{\star}$ the Commissioner of Transport hereby
gives the following notice.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
   (Dannevirke County) Notice 1968.
2. The Commissioner of Transport, as required by the
   National Roads Board hereby classifies the road described
   in the Schedule hereto and situated in Dannevirke County.
3. So much of the Warrant dated the 7th day of September

Kaihau Development Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 1
WHEREAS by virtue of the notice described in the First Schedule
hereto the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
now subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953,
and it is desired to vary the same:

Now, therefore, pursuant to section 332 of the Maori Affairs
Act 1953 the Board of Maori Affairs hereby gives notice as
follows.

NOTICE

1. This notice may be cited as the Kaihau Development
   Scheme Amending Notice 1968, No. 1.
2. The notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto is
   hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described
   in the Second Schedule hereto.
3. The land described in the Second Schedule hereto is
   hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act
