Notice of Intention to Take Land in Block I, Naseby Survey District, for the Extension of a State Forest
Notice is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to execute a certain public work, namely, the extension of a State forest and for the purpose of that public work the land described in the Schedule hereto is required to be taken; and notice is hereby further given that all persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of the said land, should, if they have any objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said land, not being objections to the amount of payment of compensation, set forth the same in writing and send the written objection within 40 days of the first publication of this notice, to the Minister of Works at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.

ALL that parcel of land containing 2 acres being Section 19, Block I, Naseby Survey District, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 80, folio 170, Otago Land Registry. The said parcel of land adjoins Naseby State Forest and is situated at the end of an unformed road known as Wet Gully Road.

Licensing Donald Arthur McLeod to Use and Occupy a Part of the Bed of the Waikato River at the Entrance to Lake Taupo
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits Donald Arthur McLeod (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his executors, administrators, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the bed of the Waikato River at the entrance to Lake Taupo, as a site for a barge landing, as shown on plan marked M.D. 10366 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
- This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960 and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.
- The term of the licence shall be 10 years from the 1st day of June 1968.
- The premium payable by the licensee shall be six dollars ($6) and the annual sum so payable twenty dollars ($20).

Revoking Licence Issued to Lauchlan John MacKenzie for a Site in the Waiau River for the Operation of a Punt
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby gives notice that the licence signed on 15 November 1962* authorising Lauchlan John MacKenzie to occupy part of the bed of the Waiau River for maintaining punt winching wires thereon is revoked.

Licensing Trustees for the Colac Bay Boating Club to Occupy a Site for a Boat Ramp and Wave Deflector at Colac Bay, Wallace County
PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Minister of Marine hereby licenses and permits David Renton, Keith Hubber, Patrick Clifford McClinchy, and Raymond Alexander Leigh Fox acting as trustees for the Colac Bay Boating Club for the purposes of this licence (hereinafter called the licensees, which term shall include their administrators executors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Colac Bay, Wallace County, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12692 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a boat ramp and wave deflector as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensees upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

(hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include its successors or assigns unless the context requires a different construction) to use and occupy parts of the bed of the Waiau River, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12879 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon two jetties and winching wires for the operation of a barge across the river as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
