Declaring Land Taken Together with Certain Rights, for Police Purposes (Residence) in the Borough of Masterton

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto together with the rights appurtenant thereto created by memoranda of transfer Nos. 654251 and 326438, Wellington Land Registry, is hereby taken for police purposes (residence) from and after the 13th day of May 1968.
