IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 AND IN THE MATTER of CRADDOCK BROTHERS LIMITED a company duly incorporated in New Zealand and having its registered office at Valley Road, Whakatane.

BEFORE THE HONOURABLE MR JUSTICE WOODHOUSE Wednesday the 6th day of March 1968. UPON reading the notice of motion of Counsel herein and the affidavit of HUGH NOEL CAMPBELL MONKTON and the memorandum of counsel filed in support thereof THIS COURT HEREBY ORDERS:

  1. THAT the reduction of paid up capital resolved in the special resolution passed by entry in the minute book of CRADDOCK BROTHERS LIMITED on the 15th day of August 1966 be confirmed.

  2. THAT the following minute showing the amount of capital in the company is approved “The capital of Craddock Brothers Limited is $2,000 divided into 1,000 fully paid ordinary shares of $2.00 each having been reduced from $16,000 divided into 8,000 ordinary shares of $2.00 each fully paid.”

  3. THAT notice of the registration of the order so made and of the minute so approved be published once in the New Zealand Gazette.

IN THE MATTER of the Companies Act 1955 AND IN THE MATTER of TARANAKI CO-OPERATIVE DRIED MILK CO. LTD.

NOTICE is hereby given that a petition for the winding up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was, on the 5th day of April 1968, presented to the said Court by the above-named company whose registered office is at the offices of Messrs Lovell, Thomson, and Florence, Queen Street, Waitara, and that the said petition is directed to be heard before the Court sitting at New Plymouth on the 17th day of May 1968, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon; and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to support or oppose the making of an order on the said petition may appear at the time of hearing in person or by his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished by the undersigned to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring a copy on payment of the regulated charge for the same.

RODNEY COUNTY COUNCIL

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND

IN the matter of the Counties Act 1956 and in the matter of the Public Works Act 1928, notice is hereby given that the Rodney County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work, namely, the provision of a road, being portion of State Highway No. 16, within the County of Rodney and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council situated in Baxter Street, Warkworth, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours. All persons affected by or who have well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or the taking of such lands must state their objections in writing and send the same within 40 days from the 24th day of April 1968, being the day of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the County Office, Baxter Street, Warkworth.
