THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the Hawke's Bay County Council stopping the accessway
described in the Schedule hereto.

HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that portion of accessway containing 3.2 perches situated
in Block VIII, Heretaunga Survey District, Hawke's Bay
County, Hawke's Bay R.D., and adjoining or passing through
Lots 1 and 3, D.P. 11085, being parts Suburban Sections 663
and 690, Napier.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 22083 (S.O. 5772) deposited in the office of
the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.

the City of Manukau and to be Under the Control and
Management of the Manukau City Council

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 11 of the Housing Act 1955, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders
and declares that the accessway described in the Schedule
hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council,
vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of
Manukau and be under the control and management of the
Manukau City Council.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
ALL that accessway containing 5.5 perches, situated in Blocks
V and IX, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Manukau, North

PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets
apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule
hereto as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a
burial ground or wahi tapu for the common use and benefit
of the Maori people.
