As the same are more particularly delineated on the plan
marked L.O. 22249 deposited in the office of the Minister of
Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above
mentioned.

Additional Land at Ahuriri Taken for the Purposes of the
Wellington-Napier Railway
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of
Railways hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that
effect having been entered into, the land described in the
Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the
Wellington-Napier Railway from and after the 29th day of
April 1968.

The Road Classification (Hawera County) Notice 1968
Pursuant to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regulations 1955* the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives
the following notice.
NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
    (Hawera County) Notice 1968.
  2. The Hawera County Council’s proposed classification of
    the roads set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby approved.
  3. The Warrant dated the 24th day of November 1950† which
    relates to the classification of the roads described in the
    Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

  5. The Rangitikei County Council’s proposed classification of
    the road as set out in the Schedule hereto is hereby
    approved.
  6. So much of the Warrant dated the 22nd day of June 1960† as
