Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying
that the Land Shall be Held by the Otahuhu Borough
Council in Fee Simple
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for a
service lane over the land described in the Schedule hereto,
and further, declares that the said land shall be held by
the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of
Otahuhu in fee simple.

Revocation of the Reservation Over a Reserve Specifying
the Manner of Disposal and How Proceeds of Sale be
Utilised
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby revokes the reservation as a reserve for
road purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto,
and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of
by the Lower Hutt City Council in such manner, at such
price, and on such terms and conditions as the council shall
determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into
the council’s reserves account, such moneys to be used and
applied in or towards the improvement of other public
reserves under the control of the council or in or towards
the purchase of other land for public reserves.

Reservation of Land and Declaration That Land be Part of
the Tukorehe Scenic Reserve
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister
of Lands hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule
hereto as a reserve for scenic purposes, and, further, pur-
suant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the
said reserve to form part of the Tukorehe Scenic Reserve,
to be administered as a scenic reserve by the Matamata
County Council.

This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hawke’s Bay
County) Notice No. 2, 1968. -
The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby
declared to be a limited speed zone for the purposes of
regulation 27 of the Traffic Regulations 1956*.
