A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I,
Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of
New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land
described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication
hereof in the Gazette, become road, and that such road shall
be under the control of the National Roads Board and shall
be maintained by the said National Roads Board in like
manner as other public highways are controlled by the said
Board.
