CORRIGENDUM

In the Corrigendum published in the New Zealand Gazette, 23 February 1967, No. 11, page 259, referring to and correcting the land description in the Fourth Schedule of the Waipuka Development Scheme Amending Notice 1966, No. 1; for: “the notice dated 9 March 1966 and appearing in N.Z. Gazette on 24 March 1966, No. 16, p. 420.” read: “the notice dated 4 July 1966 and appearing in N.Z. Gazette on 21 July 1966, No. 43, page 1123.”

Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land.


SCHEDULE

NELSON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land situated in Blocks VII, XI, and XII, D’Urville Survey District, and described as follows:

A. R. P. Being
624 0 0 Rangitoto 4A, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 35, folio 176, Nelson Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of April 1968.

Land Taken for the Establishment and Development of the Turangi Township in Block X, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County


ARTHUR PORRITT, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Turangi Township Act 1964, and the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the establishment and development of the Turangi township.


SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 78 acres 2 roods 4 perches situated in Block X, Puketi Survey District, Wellington R.D., being Tokaanu B 1L 1, part B 1K, part B 1J, part B 1G, and part B 1G 2 Blocks; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21759 (S.O. 26914) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 4th day of March 1968.

Revoking Part of a Proclamation Taking Land for Road in Block II, Invercargill Hundred

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 22nd day of October 1941, and published in the Gazette of the 30th day of October 1941, at page 3314, taking land for road in Block II, Invercargill Hundred, insofar as it affects the pieces of land described in the Schedule hereto; such land being no longer required.
