PUTARURU BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
——
Baths Special Loan 1968 of $5,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Putaruru Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of five thousand dollars ($5,000) authorised to be raised by the Putaruru Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of refunding to Council’s District Fund Account the sum expended in repaying portion of the Baths Filtration Plant and Fencing Loan 1955, the Putaruru Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of five one-hundredths of a cent (0.05c) in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the Borough of Putaruru; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of six years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at a meeting of the Putaruru Borough Council held on 18 March 1968.

Fire Station Redemption Loan 1968 of $13,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Putaruru Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of thirteen thousand dollars ($13,000) authorised to be raised by the Putaruru Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for repaying portion of the Fire Station Loan 1956 maturing on 20 May 1968, the Putaruru Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of sixty-six one-thousandths of a cent (0.066c) in the dollar on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property within the Borough of Putaruru; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 15 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
The foregoing resolution was passed at a meeting of the Putaruru Borough Council held on 18 March 1968.

TEMUKA BOROUGH COUNCIL

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
——
THAT pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the Temuka Borough Council resolves as follows:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charge on the loan of $22,000 authorised to be raised by the Temuka Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of erecting 12 single unit pensioners flats, the Temuka Borough Council hereby makes a special rate of 0.402 cents in the dollar upon the rateable value of all property within the Borough of Temuka; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly each and every year during the currency of the loan, being a period of 35 years, until the loan is fully paid off.”

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
——
Property Loan No. 2, 1965—$614,000: 3rd Issue $200,000
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 and the Auckland Regional Authority Act 1963 the Auckland Regional Authority has resolved to the following effect:
“That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $200,000 authorised to be raised by the Auckland Regional Authority under the above-mentioned Acts for the purpose of meeting the costs and expenses of and incidental to the construction of the Authority’s new building in Wellesley Street West, Auckland, the Auckland Regional Authority hereby makes a special rate of the several amounts in the dollar set out in the fourth column of the Schedule hereto on the rateable values set against such amounts respectively in the third column of such Schedule of all rateable property of the local authorities listed in the first column of such Schedule and set out against such amounts and rateable values respectively; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan, which shall at the lender’s option be for periods of six, 10, and 20 years from 1 April 1968, or until the loan is fully paid off.”
