rating as may be approved as specially suited for agricultural use.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 3) 1968

PURSUANT to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby WITHDRAWS the exemption from the
requirement of a licence under the said regulations contained in the notice under the said regulation 16 dated the 29th day of May 1967, and
published on page 1025 of the Gazette of the 15th day of June 1967, so far as it relates only to that portion of the exemption described
as follows:

Textile fabrics classified under items of Tariff Chapters 50 to 58 and 70 EXCLUDING the following:
(h) Fabrics containing sheep’s or lambs’ wool or fine animal hair, other than:
(i) Fabrics admissible under Part II, Reference 10.8 of the Customs Tariff, weighing not more than 5½ oz
per sq. yd., excluding pile and chenille fabrics and fabrics assembled by sewing, gumming, or similar
operation.

and in lieu thereof, hereby EXEMPTS from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations the following:

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities

PURSUANT to section 3 of the Local Authorities Loans Act
1956 (as amended by section 3 (1) of the Local Authorities
Loans Amendment Act 1967), the undersigned Assistant
Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to
the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance,
hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities
mentioned in the Schedule hereto of the whole or any part
of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

The Road Classification (Huntly Borough) Notice 1968

PURSUANT to regulation 3 of the Heavy Motor Vehicle Regu-
lations 1955*, the Commissioner of Transport hereby gives
the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Road Classification
    (Huntly Borough) Notice 1968.
  2. The Huntly Borough Council’s proposed classification of
    the roads as set out in the Schedule hereto is approved.
  3. The Warrant dated the 18th day of September 1950†,
    which relates to the classification of the roads described in
    the Schedule hereto is hereby revoked.

Roads Classified in Class One

Bell Crossing Street.
Glasgow Street (from No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-Bluff)
to Williams Street).
Hakanoa Street (from Bell Crossing Street to Park Avenue).
Jacksons Road (from the No. 1 State Highway (Awanui-
Bluff) to Huntly Quarries Ltd.).
McVie Road (from Russells Road to the Downer Mine).
Park Avenue.
Ralph Street.
Raynor’s Road (from Williams Street to Ralph Street).
River Road (from the southern boundary of Huntly
Borough to Western Road).
Russell’s Road (from McVie Road to the No. 1 State High-
