Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of a Reserve for Other Land

Addition of Land to Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park

Pursuant to the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Act 1967, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the 22nd day of March 1968 be added to and form part of the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park as reserves for the purposes specified at the end of the descriptions of the said reserves, to be administered by the Hauraki Gulf Maritime Park Board.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 2) 1968

Pursuant to regulation 16 of the Import Control Regulations 1964*, the Minister of Customs hereby gives notice as follows:

1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 2) 1968.

   (b) This notice shall come into force on 29 March 1968.

2. Goods of a class specified in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations.

3. The exemption from the requirements of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule is hereby withdrawn.
