MOUNT WELLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pensioner Flats (Banks Road) Loan (No. 1) 1966—£12,000 In accordance with the provisions of section 47 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the following resolution has been passed by special order by the Mount Wellington Borough Council at a special meeting held on the 4th day of March 1968.
In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Mount Wellington Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of twelve thousand pounds (£12,000), to be known as the Pensioner Flats (Banks Road) Loan (No. 1) 1966, authorised to be raised by the Mount Wellington Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of construction of pensioner flats, the Mount Wellington Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.0045d. in the £1 upon the rateable value of the property in the Borough of Mount Wellington; and such special rate shall be an annual-recurring charge during the currency of the said loan and shall be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of the said loan for a period of thirty-five (35) years or until the loan is fully paid off."

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Pensioner Flats (Banks Road) Loan (No. 2) 1966—£18,000 In accordance with the provisions of section 47 of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the following resolution has been passed by special order by the Mount Wellington Borough Council at a special meeting held on the 4th day of March 1968.
In pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf of the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Mount Wellington Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of eighteen thousand pounds (£18,000), to be known as the Pensioner Flats (Banks Road) Loan (No. 2) 1966, authorised to be raised by the Mount Wellington Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of construction of pensioner flats, the Mount Wellington Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 0.0082d. in the £1 upon the rateable value of the property in the Borough of Mount Wellington; and such special rate shall be an annual-recurring charge during the currency of the said loan and shall be payable half-yearly on the 1st day of April and the 1st day of October in each and every year during the currency of the said loan for a period of thirty (30) years or until the loan is fully paid off."

TAURANGA CITY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the Tauranga City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $124,000 authorised to be raised by the Tauranga City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of refunding to General Account moneys expended in meeting those portions of the Waikareao Bridge Loan 1956 which matured on the 15th day of May 1967, the said Tauranga City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal point nought four seven cents in the dollar (.047c) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the City of Tauranga; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of 25 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the Tauranga City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $35,600 authorised to be raised by the Tauranga City Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of refunding to General Account moneys expended in meeting the portion of the Development Loan 1955 which matured on the 1st day of May 1966, the said Tauranga City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal point nought one seven nine cents in the dollar (.0179c) upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the City of Tauranga; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of 15 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
THAT pursuant to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956 the Tauranga City Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the annual charges on a loan of $220,000 authorised to be raised by the Tauranga City Council under the above-mentioned Act for providing a site for and constructing a sewerage treatment plant providing an outfall for treated sewerage and associated works within the city, the said Tauranga City Council hereby makes a special rate of decimal point nought seven seven three cents (.0773c) in the dollar upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the City of Tauranga; and that the special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of 30 years, or until the loan is fully paid off."

MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE
Rural Housing Loan No. 12, 1967—$200,000 In pursuance and exercises of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the Matamata County Council hereby resolves as follows:
"That, for the purpose of providing the repayment of and interest charges on a loan of $200,000 authorised to be raised by the Matamata County Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of making advances to farmers under the provisions of the Rural Housing Act 1939, the said Matamata County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of decimal nought one seven one four cents (0.01714c) in the dollar ($) on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the County of Matamata; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan and be payable yearly on the 1st day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan."
The foregoing resolution was passed at a duly constituted meeting of the Matamata County Council held on the 14th day of March 1968.
