Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the adherents of the Church of England.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block VIII, Matakaoa Survey District, and described as follows:

THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
Pursuant to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby orders and declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, be under the control and management of the Papatoetoe City Council.
SCHEDULE
North Auckland Land District
ALL that portion of road situated in Block X, Otahuhu Survey District, City of Papatoetoe, North Auckland R.D., commencing at its intersection with Carlie Street and proceeding thence in a south-easterly direction for a distance of approximately 6½ chains and terminating near I.T.X. S.O. Plan 45649; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked M.O.W. 21880 (S.O. 45649) deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.
