Crown Land Set Apart as Permanent State Forest Land

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Sir Arthur Espie Porritt, Baronet, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

SCHEDULE

SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY—
WALLACE COUNTY
SECTION 17, Block VII, Lillburn S.D. Area: 4 acres 1 rood 13 perches (S.O. 7652).
As shown on plan numbered S 167/2 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of March 1968.

Present:
THE RIGHT HON. KEITH HOLYOAKE, C.H., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 439 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby sets apart the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto as a Maori reservation, for the purpose of a burial ground for the common use and benefit of the owners of Horoera Block.

ALL that piece of land situated in Block XI, East Cape Survey District, and described as follows:
