Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, His
Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the
advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby consents
to the Tauranga County Council stopping the portion of road
described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
All that piece of road containing 3 roods 15.8 perches situated
in Block IX, Aongatete Survey District, adjoining or passing
through Lot 2, D.P. 30026, being part Section 14, Block IX,
Aongatete Survey District, and Lot 1, D.P. S. 4943, being part
Allotment 100, Te Puna Parish.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked M.O.W. 21917 (S.O. 28134) deposited in the office
of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured
green.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Electric
Power Boards Act 1925, His Excellency the Governor-
General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the
Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.
ORDER
- This order may be cited as the Hawke's Bay Electric
Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1968. - Subject to the conditions hereinafter set forth, the
Hawke's Bay Electric Power Board (hereinafter referred to
as "the licensee") is hereby authorised to lay, construct, put
up, place, and use electric lines, and to construct electric works
within the area of supply described in the Schedule hereto. - The conditions directed to be implied in all licences by
the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967 and the Electrical
Wiring Regulations 1961 shall be incorporated herein and
shall form part of this licence, except in so far as they may
be inconsistent with the provisions of this licence. - The licence hereby conferred is subject to compliance
by the licensee with the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967,
the Electrical Wiring Regulations 1961, the Radio Inter-
ference Regulations 1958, and with all regulations made in
amendment thereof or in substitution therefore, except in so
far as they may be inconsistent with the provisions of this
licence. - The systems of supply shall be as described in para-
graphs (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f) of regulation 15 of
the Electrical Supply Regulations 1967. - This licence shall, unless it is sooner lawfully determined,
continue in force until the 22nd day of March 1989.

AREA OF SUPPLY
The Hawke's Bay Electric Power District as defined in the
Third Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 20th day of
September 1967 and published in the Gazette on the 28th
day of the same month at page 1653 and as defined in the
Schedule to the Proclamation dated the 12th day of February
1968 and published in the Gazette on the 15th day of
February 1968 at page 207.

more or less, as shown outlined pink on plan M.D. 12825
and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at
Wellington.
