PURSUANT to the provisions of the Standards Act 1965, the Standards Council, on 1 March 1968, amended the under-mentioned standard specifications by the incorporation of the amendments shown hereunder:

Notice of Varied Hours for Sale of Liquor at the Tangiteroria Hotel, Tangiteroria

PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as inserted by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act (No. 2) 1967, I, John Lochiel Robson, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Northland Licensing Committee, on 16 February 1968, made an order fixing hours other than the usual hours for opening and closing the Tangiteroria Hotel, Tangiteroria, for the sale of liquor to the public as follows:
(a) Monday to Thursday inclusive, open at 9 a.m. and close at 7 p.m.
(b) When race and/or trotting meetings are held at Dargaville and/or Whangarei, open at 9 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.

Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1967–68 Season Declared (Notice No. Ag. 10200)

PURSUANT to section 18G of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1948 as amended by the Apple and Pear Marketing Amendment Act 1967, notice is hereby given that the Apple and Pear Prices Authority has determined that the average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board for apples and pears grown during the 1967–68 season shall be 94 cents per bushel of bare fruit ungraded and unpacked and delivered to the receiving depot of the Board nearest to the orchard on which the fruit was grown.

PURSUANT to the Harbours Act 1950, the Secretary for Marine hereby gives notice that the licence granted to Horace Tomkies on 24 January 1961* to use and occupy part of the bed of Lake Wakatipu at Frankton Arm for the purpose of maintaining thereon a jetty is hereby assigned to the Reid Development Co. Ltd. and its successors and assigns.

NOTICE is hereby given that the concessionary entry of goods scheduled in Tariff Notice No. 1967/102 of 7 December 1967 has been extended until 30 June 1968.
Goods which were covered by published decisions under item 448 of the Tariff in force prior to 1 July 1962 and which were still in force on 30 June 1967, will now be allowed entry at the same concessionary rates of duty under Part II, Reference 10.8 of the present Tariff until 30 June 1968.
